1. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

Any purchase assumes that the customer has read prior to the purchase, he accepts them without reservation and has the legal capacity to place an order.
The sales contract for a product purchased on the site www.familydrugstore.fr consists of the general conditions of sale, on the date of purchase, and the order confirmation that the customer has received by email.

2. Ordered

3. Price

4. Payment method

Payment is by credit card.
The cardholder account will be debited when the order is shipped.

5. Information about articles

All the articles proposed are in conformity with the French legislation. The photographs illustrating the articles are not contractual, differences with the delivered articles can appear.

6. Information on customizable items.

Customized items are produced at the customer’s order, so any order placed for a customized item is firm and final without right of withdrawal. The delivery time is 3 weeks from the order taking. For the category: The custom of your object, the delivery time is also 3 weeks upon receipt of the customer’s object by the Family Service.
The Family Service will take care of the removal and delivery of your item anywhere in France (excluding Monaco). If the object received by the Family Service does not comply with the photos and dimensions sent via the online form by the customer, the custom will be canceled and a credit valid for 6 months will be edited (on which will be subtracted the advanced delivery costs by Family Drugstore).

7. Availability of articles

Articles and prices are valid as long as they are present on our site and within the limits of available stocks.
Family Drugstore agrees to notify by email or telephone any customer who has ordered an unavailable product.
In case of out of stock of one of the products of an order with several products, Family Drugstore sends the rest of the order in a second time.
Orders are processed within a maximum of twelve business days.
The sending of the order is done as soon as the payment is validated by the LCL.

8. Delivery

The delivery times indicated during the validation of the order are calculated in working days from the day of the sending of the order.
Orders are shipped within an average of two to seven days for Express or Standard delivery for items available on the drugstore.
However for the delivery of the customized articles a delay of three weeks is to be envisaged (time of manufacture and delivery).

Terms of sending the order:

* Shipping by “Colissimo” or “UPS” against signature.
* Shipping for foreign countries or overseas: delivery time according to carriers and intermediaries.
For deliveries in mainland France, in case of absence, a notice will be placed in the mailbox of the customer, and he can withdraw his package at the post office or take a meeting with UPS for a new delivery.
When the order is sent, the parcel number is integrated in the database and the customer can consult it from his customer account. A link allows you to follow the progress of the delivery.
It is up to the customer, at the reception, to immediately check the condition of the packages and, if necessary, to make all the necessary reservations with the carrier, and to confirm them by registered letter within three days of receipt, specifying the damage found.
For deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due, customs duties and other miscellaneous taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of parcels. Family Drugstore is not responsible for any damages that may be caused to the customer due to Chronoposte or UPS services.
The customer must carefully fill, at the time of the order, all the fields of the delivery form: address, telephone number and any other comment facilitating the delivery.
Neither Family Drugstore nor the delivery person can be held responsible for an impossibility of delivery due to inaccuracy or error in the delivery address.

9. Right to retract

The customer has a period of 14 days, from the receipt of the parcels, to return them for exchange or refund.
In these cases, the customer bears the cost of shipping the return of goods.

Some products or services are not subject to the right of withdrawal and can not be refunded:

In the case of a refund, the goods must be returned within 10 days, as described in the paragraph “Terms of Return”. The refund will be made either by credit on the credit card, or by check in the name and billing address, within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of returned items.
Damaged, dirty or incomplete items that are not in their original packaging or carton will not be refunded.


In the case of an exchange, the goods must be returned within 10 days, as described in the paragraph “Return Procedures”.
The cost of return remains the responsibility of the customer, as well as the costs of forwarding new goods. The goods will be exchanged within a maximum of 30 days.
Damaged, soiled or incomplete items or their intact original packaging will not be exchanged.


The return shipping costs for a non-compliant item and the possible delivery of another product will be the responsibility of Family Drugstore.
For returns with exchange the costs will be borne by the customer.

10. Ownership of articles

The items remain the full property of our company until the total receipt of orders. The shipment taking place after payment, the risks of the delivered items are transferred to the customer.

Packages are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment for products in stock (this time is longer for custom products and products being replenished).

They are shipped via Colissimo Expert or UPS with a tracking number and delivered against the signature of the recipient. Whatever the delivery method chosen, you receive a link by mail to track the delivery of your package online.

The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We can not consolidate two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
